“Recover Access database and user passwords”

MS Access uses underlying Jet Database Engine. Using AccessPassword you can recover passwords for any Jet database, not only Access databases. Access password supports user passwords (most competitive products do not).

Please note that there are two password types in MS Access: user passwords and database passwords. User password is always asked along with the user name (usually when you start MS Access). Database password is asked when you open your password-protected database (user name is not asked in this case).
